DELIVERY & RETURNS

Information on delivery, returns, and personal data processing for orders placed at Hockey Horizon.

 

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME

Available products are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from the moment your order is received. Delivery time and cost depend on the destination country and the delivery method chosen.
Please note: orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the shipment’s progress. You will also receive an SMS from the delivery provider prior to delivery.

 

 

DELIVERY METHODS

We deliver orders across Europe and other countries using DPD and TNT courier services. Shipping is arranged to the address you provide at checkout, and the most suitable courier option is chosen based on the destination and parcel size. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow the delivery progress.

 

Changing the delivery address: After the order is confirmed, it is not possible to change the delivery address. If the address cannot be found or the shipment cannot be delivered, the parcel will be returned to us and we will contact you.

RETURN PERIOD
Products can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

 

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
Carefully repackage the product and include the original invoice. Use any courier service that provides tracking (we recommend DPD or TNT). A refund for the returned product will be issued within 5 business days after we receive and check the product.
Important: delivery costs are not refundable.

 

RECOMMENDATIONS WHEN EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Please inspect the product without using it, keep the original packaging and all accessories intact, so that the product can be resold.

Important - hockey sticks (manufacturer tags)
For verification purposes, hockey sticks must retain all original manufacturer tags/labels. Please keep tags attached until you have inspected the product. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

 

PRODUCT EXCHANGE
Direct product exchange is not available. If you wish to receive another product, please return the unwanted item according to the instructions above and place a new order in the online store.
